You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with us. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the My Account link in the top left of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the My Orders link to view the status of all orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the "Order Number". That would not be possible. We have tie-ups with different vendors located across the country. Your packets are picked up from the respective places and then delivered to you which is why your order will reach you in part/mutiple shipments.

You can return any product that you have purchased from us ONLY IF IT IS DEFECTIVE AND YOU PRODUCE ADEQUATE PICTURE PROOF FOR THE SAME, and as long as it has the - customer invoice - all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, original tags/labels and all other items originally included. - and is in original condition Please note that if the product received back by us does not meet the conditions mentioned above, the refund will not be provided.
